The recent political events in North Africa and West Asia have confused many analysts particularly those in the west a those in Muslim societies who follow western theories and ideologies. Many theories have been suggested as to why the Muslim people of the region have risen up against their regimes, yet none of these explanations has been complete or in harmony with values, culture and history of the peoples involved.
